An Evening at the Raintree Spa

July 3, 2014

What’s better than a pamper-eve right after a busy month of exams?! Last week, I had a spa date at Raintree Spa along with some of the Pakistani Beauty Blogging Community (PBBC) lovelies. I have been to Raintree before, as the very first Karachi Blogger’s meetup that I had attended back in August, was also held there, and I must say that I fell head over heels in love with the place as soon as I entered. It’s covered in plants with the walkway to the actual building paved with pebbles and has a fountain on right hand side which makes the spa look even more exotic than it sounds.

This time we had an exclusive two hours meetup in which we were given the option to choose any one of the following services:

I decided to get a manicure as it had been a while since my last one. We were taken to a dimly lit room which had a soothing ambiance, ideal for manicures, pedicures, foot massage etc there. They do also have different rooms for waxing and body massage and a different areas for hair and makeup. My manicurist was named Sapna and I would like to give a massive shout-out to her for being very sweet and professional. She kept on asking me if I was comfortable or if anything hurt. I even wore a cold eye pack during my manicure! :p I’m sure I looked funny but it felt relaxing! 😀 She used cucumber scrub and lotion on my arms and hands which left a slightly cool tingly feeling that I personally love. I got my nails painted in OPI’s Tasmanian Devil Made Me Do It. It’s a very summery orangish red shade and I got loads of compliments on it. 🙂

During our time at Raintree we were offered beverages and refreshments over and over. I took a mint-cooler which was a chilled drink, more like rinse and ate two mini lemon tarts because I ♥ lemon tarts!

All in all I enjoyed my time at Raintree Spa, many many thanks to them for having us and to PBBC for picking me for this exclusive experience. 🙂

I’d definitely recommend Raintree Spa to all of you as it’s Excellent, Exotic and Reasonable! ♥
