White Peacock Inspired Eye-Makeup

February 27, 2013

Hi Butterflies,

This week I participated for the 6th time in Aqeela’s Weekly Make-up Tag and the theme was “Peacock”. I decided to do something different from the usual peacock colours and ended up doing an eye-look inspired by a white peacock.

White Peacock Inspired Eye-Makeup by Jasmine Catches Butterflies

Honestly, I know I could have done a better job and all the ladies this week created such stunning looks that I feel kind of low about my own look. Anyways, head over to Aqeela’s 24th Weekly Makeup Tag to check out other looks.

xoxo

Thank you. I know! 🙁 Eeek >_< I'm still trying to get proper lighting as I've realised there's hardly any place in my house where I can get natural lighting in privacy! LOL.

Thank you so much! I personally loved yours, Deja's and Aqeela's looks the most as you all did pretty pigmented looks and yours especially was the brightest of all! After typing this, I'm going to go straight to your post to read what make-up you have used! Looks like watercolours to me! 😀 Everybody did a brilliant job in yesterday's tag! 🙂 xo

Thanks! I used multiple whites and had packed on so much shimmer that had a major fall out in the end! 😀 xoxo

You shouldn't feel low! I like your take, it's unique and the fact you based it on a white peacock shows creativity and thinking outside the box 🙂

It's so nice! A little subdued and yes it could be executed better but the idea was perfect in my eyes. The shimmery white and matte brown seem very opalescent.
