Add the almonds into the food processor and blend until they are crushed into powder. You can keep it as chunky or fine as you like.
Add rest of the dry ingredients and blend them together.
Add the coconut oil and agave syrup and blend again.
Once all the ingredients have combined together and the consistency is more or less like a dough, you can shape the batter into small balls or bites (similar to mine) as per your liking.
Put them in the fridge to set for half an hour and enjoy!
