Healthy Matcha Coconut Bites

This is a quick and easy no bake recipe to curb your sweet cravings!

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Almonds (whole)
  • 1.5 Cups Shredded (Desiccated) Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Agave Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add the almonds into the food processor and blend until they are crushed into powder. You can keep it as chunky or fine as you like.
  • Add rest of the dry ingredients and blend them together.
  • Add the coconut oil and agave syrup and blend again.
  • Once all the ingredients have combined together and the consistency is more or less like a dough, you can shape the batter into small balls or bites (similar to mine) as per your liking.
  • Put them in the fridge to set for half an hour and enjoy!
